Request it by email
Email us at info@nuancebit.com with the subject “Konto löschen” (“Delete account”). Please tell us your public name (handle) in Parcourse so we can identify your account.
We confirm the deletion within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR) — usually much faster.
What gets deleted
Workouts, including reps, form scores and the precise GPS coordinates attached to them
- Custom runs you created, your attempts on them, and your leaderboard entries
- Check-ins, including location and free-text notes
- Friends and pending friend requests in both directions
- Your public handle and public profile
- Achievements and workout progress
- Cheers and invitations you sent
- Race attempts (raw GPS traces and per-station logs), including attempts on other people's runs
- Leads and certificates
What is retained for legal reasons — with no link to you
Consent records — kept as legal proof that consent was given (Art. 7(1) GDPR)
- Challenge participations and branded-race leaderboard entries — so other participants' standings stay correct (Art. 17(3) GDPR)
- Redeemed invitation codes — kept as an audit trail
These records are pseudonymised: the link to you personally is removed, but the record itself remains.
There is no deactivation or “freezing” of your account — deleted means deleted.
